In essence the process is really very simple! In this section we would like to offer a few clear steps - how we can help you and what to expect.
1. Send us your detailed floor plans:
This is important to ensure that we help you select the correct sizes for the main items of furniture. You should be able to get these from your agent or developer. Ideally plans should include full dimensions, not just square meters.
2. Browse!...
We have built a special search facility on the left hand side of the website. Here you can search:
- By Package – for example, Studio Packages etc
- By Collection – look at furniture by the design you like most
- By Type – for example, all dining furniture etc
3. Email or telephone us with your preferences and requirements:
This is where we double check your selections with the dimensions of your property plans and consult with you to achieve the best layout for you. You will have a dedicated Account Manager to assist you personally with this.
4. Confirm:
Once you are happy with the proposal and kitchen projects [where required], please just contact your Account Manager to confirm everything as well as any final specifications [e.g. upholstery or work top colour].
5. Sign & Fax your order:

6. Online Tracking:
You will be able to benefit from our FREE online order tracking service – showing your order, payment account and the status of your goods in our warehouse.
7. Delivery & Installation:
Once all your goods are in our warehouse, you will receive a notification to contact our office to arrange for the earliest possible delivery date. All properties are delivered and installed by our highly experienced installation teams. We care for your goods all the way through!

Safe in the knowledge that all our products are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months and that you can return any items which do not meet your expectations within 7 days of delivery, we hope that you or your paying guests will enjoy the property and quality furnishings for many years to come!
