Get Your Detailed Floor Plans!  The first step before actually choosing a furniture package or customising your furniture selections is to familiarise yourself with a copy of your property's floorplans. This is important to ensure that you select the correct sizes for the main items. You should get these from the agent/developer who has been handling your purchase. NB: plans should include full dimensions, not just square meters!

0. Email, fax or telephone us your preferences and requirements. This is where we double check the compatibility of your selections with the dimensions of your property [plans] and consult with you on any potential problems or improvements which you may like to consider. You will have a dedicated Account Manager to assist you personally with this.

0. Sign & Fax your finalised order form to +44 (0)870 762 7502 along with a copy of your transfer form for the deposit invoice. Also be sure that your order includes any site surveys, window dressing surveys or 2D interiors layouts which you may require.

0. Processing Your Order: Once confirmed and upon receipt of your deposit you will receive an order acknowledgment. This will contain a full inventory of your order, a provisional delivery & installation date and also a copy of your 2D interiors layout [an optional extra].

0. Delivery & Fulfillment: You will be given a provisional delivery date when your order is acknowledged. This will be confirmed with you to ensure that the property is ready for furniture installations. Should you need to reschedule a delivery we will need at least one week's notice. All properties are delivered, installed and set "ready to go" by our experienced installation crews. We care for your goods all the way through!
