We have chosen award winning manufacturers for the soft living furnishings. Imported Italian leather, and woven fabrics are available in various colour options.

• Ideally neutral floor tile tones or natural wooden laminate installed will mean that you need not worry particularly about co-ordination of upholstery colours. 
• We strongly recommend co-ordinating any wooden elements (where applicable) with those chosen for your dining furniture.
• 1 bedroom apartments are urged to choose a sofa bed option - other apartments/villas should take a personal view based upon the number of berths they wish their property to cater for.

Recommendations:

• Studio sets  - 2 x "Aora" armchairs plus the "Tema" or "Design" coffee tables under "Dining Options"
• Medium sets - suitable for "Studio Lux" & 1 bedroom properties; typically a corner sofa bed, or a 3-seater sofa-bed plus 1 armchair.
• Full Sets - suitable for larger properties and comprise a 3-seater sofa-bed plus 2 armchairs or large corner unit plus an armchair.

Don't forget! It is always easier to add items than to take them away! Wherever possible, you are recommended to acquire a detailed floor plan with measurements from your agent/developer. Then feel free to consult with one of our experienced interiors staff!

"Aora" - this is the perfect and recommended option for standard studio apartments due to its stylish and compact features. Large studio apartments may well also be able to opt for a sofa set.
